Editorial approach
TIP is an independent technology media publication covering AI, cloud, security, and software development. In fast-moving fields, we compare primary sources, technical documentation, and implementation or validation results rather than drawing conclusions from announcements alone.
We make specialist topics approachable without losing their context or precision. Across articles, manga, and research, we distinguish fact from interpretation and aim to make the supporting evidence traceable.
AIQSE: defining correctness as a triangle
When AI agents can rewrite production code directly, leaving "correctness" implicit in a specification stops being governable. AIQSE (AI Quality-driven Software Engineering) is the proposal TIP uses as its editorial reference: correctness is defined by a triangle of Specification, Quality, and Verification, with code demoted to disposable, regenerable interior. Verification must stay independent of the implementation it judges, and autonomy may advance only as fast as verification strengthens — the two rules TIP returns to when explaining how velocity and correctness can coexist.
