Privacy Policy

n.p.minerva & Co. ("we," "us," or "the company") sets out this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information on tip.co.jp, our research site "TIP" ("the Site").

Analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 through Cloudflare Zaraz, a tag-management service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to analyze use of the Site. Google Analytics 4 may send Google LLC information about pages viewed, referrers, approximate usage environment, and interactions. We use this information to understand usage of, and improve, the Site.

Consent management

We use Cloudflare Zaraz's consent-management feature. Visitors can choose whether to allow analytics when the consent dialog is first shown. If consent is not granted, Google Analytics 4 analytics storage is not used. Choices can be changed at any time from the displayed consent dialog.

Our first-party measurement

In addition, a lightweight beacon script we built in-house (under 3KB) stores an anonymous random identifier (visitor_id) in the browser's localStorage, and sends only the following information to a Cloudflare D1 database via our own first-party API (/api/collect).

• The path of the page viewed
• Referrer (the referring URL)
• Time spent on the page
• Maximum scroll depth reached

This information does not include any data that could directly identify an individual, such as a name or email address, and is never shared with third parties. We use it solely for internal research into how articles on this Site are read — never for sales outreach, profiling, or disclosure to third parties.
